DVD FAQs
I’m having a problem ordering.
Common problems include entering the incorrect number of
items in your shipping cart, entering the wrong address or
credit card number, and not filling out a required field.
Please check all of the fields correctly before submitting
your order to ensure your order is processed and you receive
the exact order you’re expecting.
Is my order confirmed/I’m not sure if I placed an order?
You will receive a confirmation via email within a few hours
of placing your order. This email will include the items in
your order, the amount of your purchase, your shipping address,
the shipping method you chose, and other relevant information.
If you do not receive an email, your order was not processed.
Will I receive notification of shipment and a tracking
number?
USPS
do not have tracking numbers. You will not receive notification
of shipment.
When will I be billed/funds taken from my account?
Your card
will be charged and funds debited directly and asap through PayPal.
Who is taking my money?
Your credit card payment is to Special Thanks to Roy London,
our film production company. We made the movie. Your purchase
of our film will go directly to the filmmakers, not to middlemen
or distributors, thus enabling us to make more films in the
future. We truly appreciate your support!
Where’s my DVD? /When will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped within 1 -2 days of purchase. If an order is placed
on a Friday, it may not go out until the following Monday.
Orders are shipped 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday –
Friday. The date your order is delivered is based on the date
and time you place your order, where you live, and the shipping
method you chose. USPS Priority Mail typically
takes 4 – 5 business days. Delays due to USPS are
beyond our control, but we will do whatever we can to help.
I received the wrong number of DVDs.
Please review the packing slip that was included with your
shipment and compare it to the receipt you were sent via email
after placing your order. If the packing slip does not reflect
the correct number of DVDs you ordered, please email us back
at cmonger @ mac.com with your name, order ID, and the correct
number of DVDs you ordered and well send out the correct order.
I did not receive my order/I received a damaged or
defective item.
If you did not receive your order or you received a damaged
or defective item, please email us back at cmonger @ mac.com
and a replacement will be shipped to you within 1 –
2 business days.
